Landplan Associates is a small firm that was established 

in 1983 by Joseph M. Gessner/ Reg. Landscape Architect.

It provides a wide variety of Landscape Architectural/Planning

Services for the Low Country of South Carolina. The majority

of our work at this time is Residential from Urban to Resort

Islands to Large Country Estates.
